Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to support the Department of Justice.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical cloud security engineering resource for DOJ and BOP Rapid ATO activities
• Implement and secure cloud-native architectures for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments
• Integrate security controls into cloud infrastructure using DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Public Trust clearance
• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with cloud-native architectures and AWS services
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in AWS
• Minimum of one relevant certification (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CAP)
