Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

Managing cloud security posture across GCP and other environments, the full-time Cloud Security Engineer will focus on Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), vulnerability management, and compliance reporting while collaborating with DevOps teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage cloud security posture, including misconfiguration detection and remediation tracking
• Design and maintain secure cloud architectures aligned with regulatory frameworks
• Drive vulnerability management lifecycle for cloud workloads, ensuring visibility through dashboards and reports

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cloud security, specifically with CSPM, CWPP, DSPM, and AISPM tools
• Strong hands-on experience with container security tools and cloud vulnerability management
• Good knowledge of compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform
• Ability to write automation scripts using Python, Terraform, or Ansible
