Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Cloud Security Engineer will design, build, secure, and deploy AI solutions that enhance cybersecurity operations while embedding security throughout the full lifecycle of AI-enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and secure Agentic AI solutions, ensuring integration of security controls throughout the development lifecycle
• Implement identity and access management, along with secure cloud deployment practices in Azure and AWS environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled applications that adhere to defined security guardrails

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience in application security, cloud security, or DevSecOps
• Experience designing security controls for cloud-native applications in Azure and/or AWS
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC practices, including code security and pipeline security
• Ability to define logging, monitoring, and observability requirements for AI-enabled applications
• Experience securing systems that integrate with external data sources and APIs
