Cloud Security Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the security posture of multi-cloud environments, the full-time Cloud Security Engineer will focus on cloud security operations, incident response, and the implementation of best practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and document security findings across cloud, email, and endpoint environments, providing actionable remediation recommendations
- Triage and investigate security alerts, maintaining detailed records of analysis and actions taken
- Design and develop security automation scripts using Python, and conduct secure configuration reviews across cloud environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security or Security Operations
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI security services
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python
- Strong knowledge of IAM, network security, and cloud-native security controls
