Cloud Security Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance cloud security across multi-cloud environments, the full-time Cloud Security Engineer will design, implement, and improve security measures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement security architectures and controls across enterprise multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Engineer and optimize Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) capabilities, focusing on vulnerability management and compliance
- Develop automated security controls and workflows to enhance cloud visibility and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant job-specific experience
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, engineering, or security, with expertise in securing Azure, GCP, and/or OCI environments
- Extensive experience with CNAPP solutions and advanced knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, and Kubernetes
- Understanding of AI security concepts and secure AI development lifecycle
- Relevant security certifications (CCSP or CISSP) are preferred
