Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer for AWS and Azure environments, with the position being 100% remote and open to candidates anywhere in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cloud automation routines to streamline operations and build cloud security systems and solutions
- Generate compliance and vulnerability scans, interpret results, and create assessment reports
- Provide customer status updates, attend cloud steering committee meetings, and develop executive-level presentations
Required Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate or Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification
- Experience with cloud asset monitoring, log collection validation, and security group configuration validation
- Knowledge of security best practices and translating vulnerabilities into remediation action plans
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Palo Alto Prisma Cloud Platform, compliance and vulnerability scanning tools, and IT processes
