Cloud Security Engineer - Canada

Job Summary

To enhance cloud security for Canadian Energy and Utility customers, the full-time Senior Staff Cloud Security Engineer - Canada will lead security conversations, support sales efforts, and address customer inquiries while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multifaceted security conversations and conduct security calls with customers
• Support ServiceNow's Sales Teams in pre- and post-sales efforts, responding to security questionnaires and inquiries
• Investigate cloud and AI threats, proposing structural changes to improve the security posture of ServiceNow

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Cloud Security
• Solid understanding of security concerns related to AI solutions, including Agentic AI and GenAI
• Expertise in IT, OT, IoT, Medical device, and Critical Infrastructure Security
• Experience with Cloud Operations and enterprise cyber defense techniques
• Desired industry certifications include CISSP, CISM, CSSP, or CEH
