Cloud Security Validation Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a fully remote capacity, the Cloud Security Validation Engineer will develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java (Selenide or Selenium) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate test coverage in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Java (Selenide or Selenium)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage under tight deadlines
• Identify, prioritize, and report defects while participating in test planning and review sessions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as an AQA Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with Selenide or Selenium WebDriver
• Basic understanding of OOP concepts
• Experience developing and executing automated test suites for web applications
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols
