Job Summary
To support a federal agency client, the contract-to-hire Cloud Service Desk Engineer will provide engineering-level support for cloud-connected endpoint and identity services, managing complex engineering tickets and ensuring compliance with security requirements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Engineer and maintain conditional access policies and device compliance requirements in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
- Support Microsoft Intune enrollment workflows and implement passwordless authentication for privileged accounts
- Resolve complex engineering tickets related to cloud services, identity, and access while producing documentation for recurring issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- 6+ years performing engineering functions in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune for cloud identity and device compliance management
- Active Top Secret clearance required
