Cloud Service Desk Engineer

Job Summary

To provide engineering-level support for cloud-connected endpoint and identity services, the contract-to-hire Cloud Service Desk Engineer will manage complex engineering tickets related to cloud identity, device compliance, and remote access while working remotely and requiring an active Top Secret clearance.

Key responsibilities:

• Engineer and maintain conditional access policies and device compliance requirements in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Support Microsoft Intune enrollment workflows and ensure secure VDI connectivity for remote users
• Resolve escalated engineering tickets related to cloud services and produce documentation for recurring issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune for cloud identity and device compliance management
• Experience engineering conditional access policies and supporting VDI environments for Windows and macOS users
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
