Cloud Service Desk Engineer

Job Summary

To provide engineering-level support for cloud-connected endpoint and identity services, the contract-to-hire Cloud Service Desk Engineer will manage complex engineering tickets related to cloud identity, device compliance, and remote access, working remotely with an active Top Secret clearance required.

Key responsibilities:

• Engineer and maintain conditional access policies and device compliance requirements in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
• Support Microsoft Intune enrollment workflows and implement passwordless authentication for privileged accounts
• Resolve escalated engineering tickets related to cloud services and produce documentation for recurring issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune for cloud identity management
• Experience supporting VDI environments and implementing passwordless authentication
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
