Job Summary
Providing engineering-level support for cloud-connected endpoint and identity services, the full-time Cloud Service Desk Engineer will manage complex engineering tickets related to cloud identity, device compliance, and remote access for a federal agency client in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain conditional access policies and device compliance requirements in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
- Support Microsoft Intune enrollment workflows and ensure secure access for remote users on macOS and Windows platforms
- Resolve escalated engineering tickets related to cloud services and produce documentation for recurring issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune for cloud identity and device compliance management
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required
- Experience implementing passwordless authentication and supporting VDI environments
