Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Service Technician to provide premium troubleshooting support for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for cloud servers, applications, and managed workstations
- Address a variety of technical issues involving servers, connectivity, networking, and security
- Document client interactions and contribute to internal documentation and best practice guides
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or IT certifications preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service
- Proficiency in Windows OS and familiarity with Citrix environments preferred
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
- Experience with MS Active Directory and troubleshooting in a virtual desktop infrastructure
