Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Service Technician to provide premium troubleshooting support for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for cloud servers, applications, and managed workstations
  • Address a variety of technical issues involving servers, connectivity, networking, and security
  • Document client interactions and contribute to internal documentation and best practice guides
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or IT certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and familiarity with Citrix environments preferred
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
  • Experience with MS Active Directory and troubleshooting in a virtual desktop infrastructure
