Cloud Services Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of cloud strategies, the full-time remote Cloud Services Director will manage multidisciplinary teams to enhance operational excellence, automation, and customer satisfaction across cloud services and deployment solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a strategic Cloud and Managed Services team to support business growth
• Establish technical IT program management frameworks to ensure successful delivery of managed services
• Define and execute the roadmap for deployment and infrastructure automation supporting various deployment models

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years in senior cloud operations leadership within IT and cloud management services, preferably in healthcare technology
• 5+ years of experience with ITSM frameworks and best practices, including cloud and cybersecurity
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Significant experience leading software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps teams focused on automation tooling
• Demonstrated experience in growing cloud operations and managing client contracts related to service levels
