Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within a SaaS Professional Services organization
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proficiency with web services (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OData, SOAP) and SQL
• Experience leading business process reviews and change management initiatives
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies
