Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager - Cloud Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and oversee service delivery
• Manage finances, budgets, and contract deliverables while identifying cost-reduction strategies
• Develop and meet project plans, coordinating projects through effective communication and data analysis

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role
• 5+ years of experience in Services, cloud computing, or technical project delivery
• Experience managing technical and executive-level relationships
• Preferred bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile, Azure, AWS, and GCP are preferred
