Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the fully remote Cloud Services Software Engineer Manager will architect and design digital products, manage application production, and ensure the success of software initiatives through effective team leadership and collaboration with product managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Shapes the architecture and design of products while participating in product scoping and technical input
• Facilitates retrospectives and daily standups, encouraging team feedback and collaboration
• Establishes continuous integration and deployment practices while aligning strategies across product portfolios

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in software engineering and team management
• Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture
• Strong background in API development and integration
• Expertise in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
