Cloud SNOC Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SNOC Engineer III (Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior-level escalation point for high-priority incidents across security, network, systems, and cloud domains
• Lead investigations and refine monitoring and detection strategies
• Mentor SNOC Engineer I and II team members, providing coaching and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years in SOC/NOC operations or infrastructure engineering roles
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365; familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint is preferred
• Preferred certifications include GIAC (GCIH, GCIA, GCFA), CompTIA CySA+ or CASP+, Cisco CCNP or higher, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Security Specialty
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service frameworks
