Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage authentication systems, role-based access control, and audit logging for secure user access
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve database access management and integration patterns for third-party systems
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and maintain internal documentation for identity and access management systems

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on complex system design and development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization services like SAML, SCIM, OAuth2, or OIDC
• Direct experience with cloud IAM solutions and authorization systems
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud computing, and scalable architectures
