Job Summary

Leading the design and development of cloud-native software platforms, the full-time salaried Cloud Software Engineering Director will manage engineering teams, define cloud development strategies, and ensure the scalability and security of cloud-based solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish engineering best practices and drive innovation in cloud-native application development
• Lead and mentor teams while managing resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor relationships
• Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable cloud applications and platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 10 years of cloud software engineering experience
• 4+ years of leadership experience in cloud software development
• Strong experience with cloud-native application design and development
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
