Cloud Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to lead cloud migration initiatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect cloud-based solutions and guide the migration of on-prem applications to AWS or hybrid cloud environments
• Provide technical leadership in designing cloud compute, storage, database, networking, and automation strategies aligned with enterprise security and compliance standards
• Collaborate with application teams to assess cloud readiness, recommend improvements, and implement best practices for migration, performance, and cost optimization

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proven success leading cloud migrations at scale in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of AWS well-architected framework, security best practices, and cost optimization
• Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or finance
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional are a strong plus
