Job Summary

A company is looking for a Success Programs Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery excellence and operational discipline within a designated group of vendor Customer Success Advocates (CSAs)
• Oversee end-to-end delivery performance and enforce compliance with standards while mentoring team members
• Facilitate program management activities, including performance tracking and workload planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting/support
• 4+ years of experience working on technical projects and in a customer-facing role
• Technical Certification in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Strong project management background with experience in governance and delivery lifecycle management
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and coordinate cross-functional delivery
