Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, driving satisfaction and delivering Customer Success Plan outcomes
• Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant teams for continuous improvement
• Engage with decision makers to drive usage and value realization of Microsoft Teams solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related areas
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years of experience working on technical projects
• Technical certifications in relevant technologies such as Microsoft 365 or Teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, M365, and related technologies
