Job Summary

To enable customers to achieve their outcomes through Microsoft technology, the full-time Senior Cloud Solution Architect will leverage expertise in Azure AI and Machine Learning to drive customer success, troubleshoot complex issues, and architect innovative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical enablement and operational support for customer AI projects, ensuring successful delivery and troubleshooting of complex issues
• Drive consumption growth by developing opportunities that enhance customer success and extracting value from Microsoft investments
• Architect AI solutions aligned with business needs, creating roadmaps and leading proof of concepts to ensure long-term technical viability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies or IT consulting
• Deep domain expertise in Azure AI areas such as Cognitive Services or Azure OpenAI
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C#, or JavaScript, with experience in application development and Azure AI integration
• Experience architecting enterprise-grade AI solutions on cloud platforms, including Azure
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code deployment using tools like Bicep or Terraform
