Cloud Solution Architect - D365 F&O

Job Summary

Leading enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Cloud Solution Architect - D365 F&O will leverage expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management to deliver scalable solutions, optimize financial processes, and enhance supply chain agility while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer insights to align Dynamics 365 solutions with strategic business outcomes and improve operational processes
• Drive cloud consumption and support growth by guiding customers to maximize value from their Dynamics 365 investments
• Anticipate and resolve issues blocking go-live or adoption by utilizing deep technical and functional knowledge of F&O and Supply Chain Management

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field with extensive experience in IT consulting or Microsoft Business Applications
• Significant experience in customer-facing roles as a lead technical solution architect across ERP projects
• Functional or technical certification in one or more Dynamics 365 apps (F&O, Supply Chain, Power Platform)
• Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations involving finance, operations, and supply chain workloads
