Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solutions Architects, the full-time remote Cloud Solutions Architect will drive technical pre-sales excellence and customer success while enhancing team expertise and delivering tailored solutions for the Manufacturing and Retail Industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, providing technical guidance and performance management
• Develop and implement standardized methodologies for technical pre-sales engagements and solution designs
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and execute the technical pre-sales strategy

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical pre-sales roles
• 5+ years of experience in delivering consulting and advisory services for strategic IT solutions
• 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams
