• Execute the end-to-end deployment and configuration of cloud-based Contact Center solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Contact Center consultation and solution design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Direct experience with deploying and configuring cloud-based Contact Center solutions
• Strong working knowledge of SIP and SMS messaging integration
• Practical experience with AI and machine learning in customer experience solutions
