Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Solution Consultant to guide customers in deploying and configuring cloud-based Contact Center solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consultation sessions with customers to understand their requirements and objectives for Contact Center environments
  • Execute the deployment and configuration of cloud Contact Center solutions, ensuring alignment with design specifications
  • Design and implement advanced Contact Center workflows and oversee the integration of communication technologies
Required Qualifications
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Contact Center consultation and solution deployment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience with cloud Contact Center solutions, particularly Avaya
  • Strong knowledge of SIP and SMS messaging integration
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and data visualization tools, especially Power BI
