Cloud Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Cloud Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales representatives and partners to demonstrate the value of BeyondTrust's cybersecurity solutions, manage technical responses, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and demonstrations
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses and lead qualification efforts
• Deliver presentations and develop proposals that highlight the business value of BeyondTrust solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support of applications, server infrastructure, and networks
• Strong knowledge of security concepts and common OS/network topologies
• Ability to assess technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certification
• Experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences
