Cloud SRE Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering - Government Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers while managing talent acquisition and retention
• Oversee service availability, performance, and compliance in FedRamp and DoD environments
• Drive automation of infrastructure and operations, and establish a Continuous Monitoring program

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering, with 2+ years in a management role
• Experience with regulated audit cycles such as FedRAMP or DoD CC SRG
• Knowledge of security and compliance controls, particularly NIST SP 800-53
• Expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
