Cloud Strategist

Job Summary

Supporting impactful projects remotely, the full-time Cloud Strategist will develop and execute tailored cloud strategies, partner with sales teams to deliver technical solutions, and translate technical decisions into business value for clients in the Defense Industrial Base and public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cloud strategies tailored to client business objectives
• Collaborate with sales teams to create Statements of Work (SOW) that drive project success
• Translate technical solutions into clear, outcome-driven business value for clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in technical sales considered
• 7-10 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years in cloud strategy or architecture in client-facing roles
• Deep technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or Dynamics
• Expertise in cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment types (public, private, hybrid)
• Proficiency in cloud architecture design, including scalability, availability, and disaster recovery planning
