Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales strategic guidance and recommend initiatives to enhance clients' technology experience
• Develop customized actionable recommendations to increase cloud adoption and collaborate with internal resources for client support
• Act as the voice of the customer by facilitating introductions to internal teams and conducting regular business reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant technical discipline from an accredited university
• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing positions, preferably in professional services or client success roles
• 2+ years of technical experience with Public Cloud, Software as a Service, Data Center, or Network technology
• Experience in understanding and explaining cloud costs
