Job Summary
Cloud Support Administrator, a full-time remote position in the US, responsible for managing Azure Cloud support, incident management, and client service delivery while requiring Public Trust clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage network platforms, firewalls, and VPNs while ensuring compliance with security frameworks
- Act as an escalation point for high-priority incidents and manage service requests according to change management procedures
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and train on best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud support administration
- Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of network platforms, firewalls, and hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Ability to pass US Public Trust background check and obtain necessary certifications within 90 days of employment
