Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide post-implementation support for their Identity as a Service offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively resolve or assist in resolving customer support issues
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their issues
- Support the IdentityNow product in client environments and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of support experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with a SaaS product/service
- Experience with web technologies such as XML, SAML, SPML/SOAP, and HTML
- Experience with software installation on Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) and directories (LDAP, AD)
