Cloud Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Cloud Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex network problems affecting application systems and recommend solutions to minimize system interruptions
• Prepare detailed specifications for programming and analyze existing system logic and documentation
• Perform change and problem management using standard tools and provide project updates as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• At least 3 years of experience working with Palo Alto firewalls
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Azure Cloud, preferably in network space
• Proficient in Agile work environments and use of GitLab or similar technologies
• Previous experience in a financial company is a plus
