Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Priority Support Engineer - APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve various technical incidents for customers involving software, networking, and hardware environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while adapting to an ever-changing work environment
- Provide technical advice and mentorship to junior staff members and develop documentation regarding support and compatibility issues
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus
- Experience in network troubleshooting and proficiency in deploying and configuring services like DHCP, DNS, and VPN
- Experience with Windows Server and ability to analyze Windows logs and dumps
- Familiarity with business applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, and Oracle DB
- 2+ years of work experience in a relevant industry is preferred
