Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Priority Support Engineer - APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve various technical incidents for customers involving software, networking, and hardware environments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while adapting to an ever-changing work environment
  • Provide technical advice and mentorship to junior staff members and develop documentation regarding support and compatibility issues
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus
  • Experience in network troubleshooting and proficiency in deploying and configuring services like DHCP, DNS, and VPN
  • Experience with Windows Server and ability to analyze Windows logs and dumps
  • Familiarity with business applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, and Oracle DB
  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant industry is preferred
