Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer for CloudCasa (L2/3).

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle L2 and L3 customer support cases for CloudCasa
  • Troubleshoot backup, restore, migration, and disaster recovery issues in Kubernetes environments
  • Investigate failures related to agents, jobs, storage targets, and cloud integrations
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience in Linux system administration and command-line troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of CI/CD or DevOps environments, including Jenkins
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support at L2 or L3 level
