Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices and DevOps concepts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to infrastructure deployments and automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical and business issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field with a focus on Infrastructure as Code and DevOps
  • Proficiency in IaC concepts and tools, such as Terraform and Cloudformation
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud service providers, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Experience authoring maintainable code in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java
  • Certification(s) in relevant technologies, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
