Cloud Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to provide operational and engineering support for cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring job reliability and addressing failures
• Support Terraform-based infrastructure deployments on AWS, including routine changes and drift resolution
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues related to compute, networking, and platform services

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the primary cloud platform
• Proficiency in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline execution and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning and maintenance
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation-first operations
• Ability to learn new cloud platforms and services quickly
