Cloud Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer responsible for supporting big data operations within AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support large-scale AWS-based big data processing environments
• Develop automation scripts and maintain monitoring and operational automation tools
• Operate and maintain AWS services and support Azure cloud services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or cloud operations
• Strong SQL/database experience (Postgres, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Hands-on scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
