Job Summary

Owning the management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, the full-time Cloud Support Engineer will drive cost optimization and automation while mentoring teammates and leading Salesforce production deployments in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and M365 tenant policies, as well as manage Azure subscriptions and resources
  • Build and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to enhance operational efficiency across cloud platforms
  • Execute production Salesforce deployments and oversee IT vendor relationships while maintaining technical documentation and runbooks
Required qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT or infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft cloud services (Azure, M365)
  • Hands-on experience with M365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python scripting for automation, familiar with Microsoft Graph API
  • Experience with Azure infrastructure management, including cost management and resource governance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
