Job Summary
Serving as the last line of support for corporate customers, the full-time Cloud Support Engineer will troubleshoot complex technical issues, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance Acronis' cyber protection solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents across software, networking, and hardware environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with engineering and business departments to efficiently resolve complex technical issues
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux/UNIX troubleshooting
- Networking skills, including experience with tools like Wireshark and tcpdump
- Expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V
