Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, prioritize, and resolve inbound cloud support tickets for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to CSR L1 and L2 team members
  • Manage ticket documentation and ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in computer science or related field, or 2+ years of technical support experience with Microsoft 365 or Azure
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a process-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft CSP/Cloud Licensing models and Microsoft Partner Center resources preferred
  • Technical certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900) are highly desired
