Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve inbound cloud support tickets for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to CSR L1 and L2 team members
- Manage ticket documentation and ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science or related field, or 2+ years of technical support experience with Microsoft 365 or Azure
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a process-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft CSP/Cloud Licensing models and Microsoft Partner Center resources preferred
- Technical certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900) are highly desired
