Job Summary

To support a global cloud solutions infrastructure, the full-time Cloud System Engineer will manage and administer XCP-ng and XenServer hypervisor environments, provision and troubleshoot virtual machines, and monitor infrastructure health remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer XCP-ng and XenServer-based hypervisor environments
• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools like Zabbix, Datadog, and Grafana
• Respond to alerts and manage incidents as L2/L3 escalation support for complex technical issues

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing XCP-ng or XenServer virtualized environments
• Solid background in Linux system administration and core networking concepts
• Practical knowledge of monitoring systems and ticketing platforms
• Experience handling backup, restore, and disaster recovery workflows
• Professional-level fluency in English
