Cloud Systems Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Development Analyst (Cloud) to support cloud-based systems and development operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage applications deployed in Kubernetes environments and oversee Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and automate deployment processes
• Provide L3 support for infrastructure-related issues and document incidents for resolution tracking

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Azure services monitoring, Azure Kubernetes Service management, and Azure DevOps maintenance
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform) and PowerShell scripting
• Experience in managing Azure-based mission-critical business applications is required for candidates with a Bachelor's degree
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English
