Cloud Systems Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Systems Engineer to support a large-scale seasonal workforce during high-demand periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot physical and virtual endpoints, providing comprehensive support for OS, application, and hardware issues
- Serve as a key technical escalation point, responding rapidly to incidents and driving resolution within set targets
- Provide dedicated technical support for large-scale user onboarding and contribute to technology stack enhancements and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar role in a large enterprise
- Strong experience managing Windows/Mac endpoints and VDI solutions, preferably AWS Workspaces
- Expertise in troubleshooting OS, application, and hardware issues
- Experience handling technical escalations and supporting large-scale user onboarding
- Familiarity with Secure Enterprise Browsers, with a preference for Island.io
