Job Summary
To support a U.S. Army enterprise program, the full-time Cloud Systems Engineer with Clearance will design, build, and operate secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the availability and performance of mission-critical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines within GitLab, enforcing DevSecOps principles through automated security measures
- Manage and troubleshoot hybrid deployments, ensuring interoperability between containerized microservices and monolithic applications
- Implement cloud security controls and establish monitoring systems to maximize uptime of critical testing infrastructure
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud/Systems Engineering with a focus on production environments
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EKS and EC2
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks
- Active Secret security clearance
