Cloud Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ISD Tech Lead to oversee technical activities and workloads while ensuring effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects of the ISD team, including troubleshooting and system modifications
• Provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery
• Manage and facilitate meetings with team members and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related role
• Certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and security policies
• Familiarity with the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and configuration management tools
