Cloud Technical Manager
Job Summary
Providing consultative technical leadership, the part-time Cloud Senior Technical Manager will own the technical integrity of customer solutions for managed enterprise clients, translating business requirements into resilient architectures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical accountability for customer solutions, ensuring integrity and alignment with business objectives
- Deliver high-quality Professional Services engagements, meeting agreed scope, timelines, and customer expectations
- Act as a trusted technical authority, providing leadership in Virtualization and Windows or Linux solutions across complex customer environments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
- Strong understanding of complex hosting solutions, Web Farms, Clustering, and Multitenancy
- Advanced experience with Windows and Linux-based solutions
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google)
- Experience designing hosting solutions that fit business requirements
