Job Summary

Providing day-to-day support for Cloudbeds PMS, the full-time Cloudbeds Support Specialist will assist resort teams with system usage, troubleshoot issues, and implement operational enhancements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver daily support for Cloudbeds PMS using ticketing and messaging platforms across multiple properties
  • Assist with system updates, new feature rollouts, and workflow improvements while maintaining standardized configurations and documentation
  • Serve as Tier 1-2 support for Cloudbeds-related issues, helping front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and accounting teams with best practices
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with Cloudbeds PMS or similar hospitality systems
  • Experience supporting hotel or resort operations
  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across properties
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
